معاهدة باريس الاولى 30 ايار 1814 واثرها على الاوضاع الداخلية في فرنسا

الملخص
تعد معاهدة باريس الاولى الموقعة في 30 ايار 1814، من اهم المعاهدات التي وقعت بين فرنسا من جهة ودول الحلفاء ( بريطانيا وروسيا وبروسيا والنمسا) من جهة اخرى، اذ اعادت رسم الخارطة الفرنسية والاوروبية من جديد على حد السواء، فقد احاطت المعاهدة فرنسا ولاسيما في حدودها الشرقية والشمالية بمجموعة من الدول المستقلة تكون حاجزاً طبيعياً امام الدول الاوروبية الاخرى، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فان المعاهدة كانت خفيفة على فرنسا من الناحيتين المالية والعسكرية، اذ لم يفرض الحلفاء شروط قاسية او تعجيزية على فرنسا .
توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج، وهي على النحو الاتي :
- كان لمعاهدة 23 نيسان 1814 الاثر الكبير في توقع معاهدة باريس الاولى في 30 ايار 1814 وعدة شروطها مقدمات لمعاهدة باريس الاولى .
- شعر الـ بوربون وفي مقدمتهم الملك لويس الثامن عشر بالولاء لدول الحلفاء في مقدمتهم بريطانيا لإعادته الى عرش فرنسا .
3- عملت بريطانيا وفق مبدأ التوازن الدولي في احاطة فرنسا بمجموعة من الدول المستقلة لتكون حاجزاً طبيعياً لها من جهة والحفاظ على فرنسا قوية من الداخل من جهة اخرى .
