كفاءة التوزيع المكاني للخدمات المجتمعية في ريف قضاء الدبس

الملخص
يتناول البحث دراسة التحليل المكاني لتوزيع الخدمات المجتمعية في ريف قضاء الدبس، يهدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع حال التوزيع المكاني للخدمات المجتمعية (التعليمية والصحية) في ريف قضاء الدبس، وتحليل درجة كفاءتها، ومدى مطابقة هذه الخدمات مع المعايير التخطيطية لتقيم مدى كفاية هذه الخدمات وتحديد الحاجة الفعلية لها، واعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي، فضلا عن المنهج الوصفي، وتكشف النتائج أن منطقة البحث تعاني من نقص واضح في الخدمات المجتمعية في ظل الكثافة السكانية المرتفعة، وانشطار الوحدات السكنية مما أدى إلى ضعف في كفاءة الخدمات المجتمعية وعدم كفايتها لمواكبة الكثافة السكانية الكبيرة أظهرت التقديرات أن منطقة البحث بحاجة إلى سبع مدارس متوسطة وثلاث مدارس ثانوية بالإضافة بحاجة الى ثلاثة مراكز صحية و(78) طبيبا و(8) أطباء اسنان واثنين من الصيادلة و(256) مهنة تمريضية و(113) مهنة صحية. يختتم البحث بالمقترحات وذلك بضرورة الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار المعايير التخطيطية المحلية والعالمية من أجل الوصول إلى مستويات كفاءة عالية في توزيع الخدمات المجتمعية (التعليمية والصحية) في منطقة البحث، مع الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار التوزيع السكاني عند إنشاء المؤسسات الخدمية، لتفادي الضغط المستقبلي وضمان خدمات ذات كفاءة عالية للأجيال المستقبلية.
