الأهمية الاقتصادية لخط (كركوك ــــ جيهان) النفطي بعد الحرب الامريكية الإيرانية سنة 2025

الملخص
انطلق البحث من مشكلة رئيسية تمثلت في اغلاق الطريق الرئيس لصادرات النفط العراقي والمتمثل بمضيق هرمز مما دفع العراق الى البحث عن البدائل والتي كان في مقدمتها الخط العراقي التركي اذ تفرعت من المشكلة الرئيسة مشاكل ثانوية ومنها: ما هي الأهمية الجيواقتصادية للخط العراقي التركي بعد الحرب الامريكية الإيرانية؟ اذ جائت الفرضية لتجيب على تساؤل المشكلة وفق الواقع اذ ازدادت أهمية الخط العراقي التركي بعد الحرب في مضيق هرمز مما جعله البديل الأكثر جدوى في الوقت الحالي.
اذ استخدم المنهج التاريخي في متابعة نشأة الخط وأسباب توقف واستمرا الضخ فيه بالأضافة الى المنهج التحليلي لتحليل اثر الخط في الاقتصاد وايرادات النفط اذ توصل البحث الى جملة استنتاجات كان أهمها، اعادت الحرب وما رافقها من تداعيات اقتصادية تمثلت في اغلاق المضيق الأهمية الجيواقتصادية لخط كركوك – جيهان اذ انتقل الهدف التشغيلي للصادرات الخط من 170- 200 الف برميل يومياً الى 750 الف وقد اختتم بعدد من المقترحات ابرزها إعادة تأهيل وتطوير خط بانياس عبر سوريا في اقرب وقت لدعم الخط التركي عبر جيهان .
