التوزيع الجغرافي لمرضى السكري في مدينة الرياض

الملخص
إن انتشار الأمراض المزمنة عالميا ومحليا وتزايد الإصابة بمرض السكري الذي يعد من أكثر هذهِ الأمراض انتشاراً كانت سببا لهذه الدراسة التي هدفت الى تحليل التوزيع الجغرافي لانتشار مرض السكري في مدينة الرياض لعام (2025) بما يتوفر من بيانات عن هذا المرض من مراكز الرعاية الصحية والعيادات الشعبية، سجلت مدينة الرياض (608) اصابة بمرض السكري وبمعدل انتشار وصل الى (42 لكل 1000) نسمة، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن الفئة العمرية (60 سنة فأكثر) شكل أعلى نسبة إصابة بين الفئات العمرية والتي بلغت (34,4 %) بينما سجلت الفئة العمرية (1-30) سنة أقل نسبة (9,9 %)، كما تبين أن الذكور شكلوا(70.2%) من الحالات المسجلة، وبنسبة كبيرة عن الإناث التي لم تسجل سوى (29,8 %)، كما اتضح أن التدخين لا يعد من العوامل المؤثرة على زيادة الإصابة بالسكري فلم يشكل المدخنون سوى (34,4 %)، أما التاريخ العائلي للمرض فلم يسجل سوى (30,3 %).
وأظهرت نتائج اختبار كاي تربيع عدم وجود اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أحياء المدينة بحسب نوع الجنس والعمر والتدخين والحالة الاجتماعية والمستوى التعليمي عند مستوى ثقة (0.05)، في حين كان التاريخ العائلي المتغير الاحصائي الوحيد الذي سجل اختلافًا ذو ثقة معنوية بقيمة (P=0.025)، مع بقاء قوة العلاقة المحدودة وفق معامل كرامر (V=0.177). وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن التوزيع الجغرافي لمرض السكري في مدينة الرياض يمتاز بالتباين بين الأحياء، وأن الاعتماد على معدل الانتشار أكثر قدرة من العدد المطلق للحالات على تحديد الأحياء ذات التركز المرضي المرتفع، بما يسهم في توجيه برامج الكشف المبكر والتوعية والخدمات الصحية نحو المناطق والفئات الأكثر حاجة.
