العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المؤثرة في توطن صناعة الطاقة الشمسية في مركز ناحية الزاب

الملخص
تُعد العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية هي المحرك الاساسي في الاعتماد على الطاقة الشمسية لتوفير التيار الكهربائي للمنازل والمباني الحكومية والقطاعين الزراعي والصناعي, وهذا النمو الاقتصادي هو نتيجة الاستقرار الامني والاقتصادي للبد خلال السنوات الماضية, والذي انعكس على زيادة الوعي باستخدام الطاقة الشمسية كبديلاً عن المولدات لسد العجز الذي تتركه شبكة الطاقة الوطنية, اضافة الى الوعي الاجتماعي بكيفية استعمالها والحفاظ عليها , وهو مكتسب من التجارب الخارجية للدول التي تعتمد على الطاقة المتجددة وتقليل النفقات على الطاقة على المدى البعيد, والاطلاع على اسعارها في منشئها الاصلي وكيفية نقلها وتركيبها, وهو ما اتضح من خلال البحث الميداني في مركز ناحية الزاب والاطلاع على عمل المولدات الاهلية وكيف انخفض الاعتماد عليها الى درجة النصف لسنة 2025 فقد بلغت 5323 أمبير حيث انها كانت 10280 أمبير لسنة 2024 وهذا يبين نسبة الانخفاض في الاشتراك في المولدات والتي تصل الى 52% بسبب توجه المجتمع الى استخدام الطاقة الشمسية , لما توفره من كفاءة استعمال والرفاهية في هذا الجانب, مما زاد من الطلب عليها في عموم البلد وقضاء الحويجة ونواحيه بالتحديد , وذلك لزيادة الوعي والقبول المجتمعي ورغبة الافراد في التغيير و تقليل الاعتماد على المولدات, وتقليل التلوث البصري والضوضائي, و استيعاب الايدي العاملة وخاصة الماهرة في القيام بأعمال تثبيت وربط الالواح و الصيانة, و ذلك بالتعاقد مع الشركات العاملة بالطاقة الشمسية, و المجموعات الصغيرة المكونة من سبعة الى عشرة اشخاص للقيام بتلك الاعمال, مما زاد من نمو استعمال الطاقة الشمسية في الناحية.
