السياحة والاستثمار ودور الأضرحة المقدسة في تحقيق التنمية الحضرية المستدامة (مدينة سامراء كدراسة حالة)

الملخص
يُعدّ مركز السياحة الدينية في مدينة سامراء أحد أهم ركائز السياحة الدينية، التي لطالما كانت ولا تزال من أهم الوجهات السياحية التي تجذب السياح من مختلف أنحاء العالم. لذا، انطلق هذا البحث من فكرة أن مركز السياحة الدينية في مدينة سامراء المقدسة يُعدّ من أفضل المواقع التي يُمكن تطويرها إذا ما استُثمر فيها على النحو الأمثل، مما يُفضي في نهاية المطاف إلى تحقيق تنمية مستدامة تنعكس ثمارها على أفراد المجتمع من خلال توفير فرص العمل، والحدّ من البطالة، وتوفير العملة الصعبة، لا سيما إذا ما وُضعت خطط سياحية للمواقع ذات الأهمية الدينية. وبالتالي، يُمكن إيلاء اهتمام خاص للسياحة الدينية باعتبارها مورداً اقتصادياً يُمكن من خلاله سدّ العجز المالي الذي تُعاني منه الدولة حالياً.
