التفكير الهجين لدى المرشدين التربويين

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مستوى التفكير الهجين لدى المرشدين التربويين والتعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستوى التفكير الهجين لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعاً لـمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث)، وسنوات الخدمة (اقل من 10 سنوات – 10 سنوات فما فوق). وقد تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من (200) مرشد ومرشدة من المرشدين التربويين العاملين في مديرية تربية الانبار، حيث بلغ عدد الذكور (120) مرشداً وعدد الإناث (80) مرشدة، وبعد ان اطلع الباحث على المقاييس المتوافرة في الدراسات السابقة (للتفكير الهجين) وقام الباحث بتكييف المقياس الذي أعده اللامي (2024) للتفكير الهجين والمكون من (32 فقرة)، واستخرج الصدق والثبات للمقياس باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المتوفرة في الحقيبة الاحصائية، ولأجل تحقيق اهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث بتطبيق اداتا البحث على العينة وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث الحالي ما يأتي : يتمتع المرشدون التربويون في محافظة الأنبار بالتفكير الهجين.، ان مستوى التفكير الهجين لدى المرشدات أعلى مما هو عليه لدى المرشدين.، لا يختلف مستوى التفكير الهجين لدى المرشدين ذوي سنوات الخدمة (10 سنوات وما فوق) عما هو عليه لدى المرشدين ذوي سنوات الخدمة (أقل من 10 سنوات)، مع وجود تحسن في مستوى كل منهما مع زيادة سنوات الخدمة.وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث الحالي أوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
