التوجهات التخطيطية العمرانية للمعالجات المناخية في مدينة بلــد

الملخص
إن التوسع الحضري آخذ في الارتفاع في جميع أنحاء العالم، إذ يعيش عدد أكبر من الناس في المدن أكثر من أي وقت مضى. ومع إستمرار المدن في النمو، هناك حاجة ملحة لضمان أن تكون التنمية الحضرية مستدامة وصديقة للبيئة وشاملة اجتماعياً. وقد برزت ممارسات التنمية المستدامة في التخطيط الحضري كنهج حاسم لمواجهة هذه التحديات وإنشاء مدن صالحة للعيش ومرنة وصديقة للبيئة, ُعدُ إنشاء المدن المستدامة أحد التوجهات الحديثة والمهمة في مجال التخطيط العمراني، إذْ يرتكزُ هذا المفهوم على تحقيق التوازن بين التطور الحضري والإعتبارات البيئية والاجتماعية. إن المدن المستدامة تتسم بقابليتها للتطور المستدام وتلبية إحتياجات الأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية، وتنشأ لتقديم حلول بناءة للعديد من التحديات الحضرية مثل التلوث، وانبعاثات الكربون، والازدحام المروري. إن أهداف الإستدامة البيئية في التخطيط الحضري تتضمن تعزيز جودة الحياة للساكنين والحفاظ على الأنظمة البيئية المحيطة. إذ يُعد التخطيط الحضري المستدام أحد أهم العوامل التي تسهمُ في تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية في المدن الحديثة، هذا النوع من التخطيط يركز على تقليل الأثر البيئي واستغلال الموارد الطبيعية بشكلٍ أمثل، مع ضرورة الالتزام بمبادئ التخطيط الشامل والمتكامل.
