الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على التحمل النفسي لدى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها . والكشف عن الفروق في التحمل النفسي لدى تدريسي ي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها حسب متغير الجنس والتخصص . .تكون مجتمع البحث من تدريسي جامعة تكريت للجنسين ( الذكور ـ الاناث ) والتخصصين ( العلمي ـ الانساني ) اذ بلغ عددهم (2070) تدريسيا وتدريسية موزعين على (22) كليه علمية وانسانية .اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية المتناسبة حيث بلغت (200) تدريسيا وتدريسية وبواقع (100) تدريسي و(100) تدريسية, اعد الباحث مقياس للتحمل النفسي شمل اربعة مجالات لمقياس التحمل النفسي هي (الالتزام والتحدي والسيطرة والقابلية) وقد تكون من (38) فقرة وامام كل فقرة وضعت خمسة بدائل , وتم التاكد من صدق المقياس الظاهري والبنائي , كما تم التاكد من تمييز فقراته وثباته , وبعد تطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا تبين للباحث ان مستوى التحمل النفسي لدى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها يعد مستوى عاليا , كما تبين وجود فرق في التحمل النفسي حسب متغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث , وعدم وجود فرق في التحمل النفسي حسب متغير التخصص , وفي ضوء هذه النتائج وضع الباحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .
