التشوهات المعرفية وعلاقتها بالكمالية المثالية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى التشوهات المعرفية والتعرف على مستوى الكمالية المثالية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية ، ومن ثم ايجاد العلاقة بين التشوهات المعرفية والكمالية المثالية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية ، وكان مجتمع البحث طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة الموصل ، وتم سحب عينة عشوائية طبقية بسيطة من الأقسام العلمية والإنسانية للكلية تكونت من (300) طالب وطالبة ، استُخدمت فيها أداة جاهزة لقياس التشوهات المعرفية ل(صلاح الدين ، 2015) والمتكون من 34 فقرة ببدائل خماسية ، واداة لقياس الكمالية المثالية ل(العبيدي، ٢٠٢٠) المكون من (٤١) فقرة ووضع لكل فقرة خمسة بدائل ، وبعد إجراء الصدق للمقياسين بطريقة الصدق الظاهري واستخراج الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار ، وقد بلغ الثبات لأداة التشوهات المعرفية (0,83) والكمالية المثالية ظهرت (0,79) وهي نتيجة جيدة. وكانت الاداتان جاهزتان للتطبيق ، قام الباحث بتطبيق المقياسان على العينة واستنتج النتائج التالية ، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ولصالح العينة أي أن أفراد العينة ليس لديهم تشوهات معرفية وأن عينة البحث تتمتع بمستوى جيد من الكمالية المثالية وان العلاقة إيجابية عكسية بين درجات افراد العينة على الاداتين ، أي انه كلما قلت التشوهات المعرفية زادت الكمالية المثالية بين الطلبة ، كذلك خرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها دراسة التحديات والظروف التي يواجهها الطلاب في مختلف مراحل حياتهم والقدرة على عدم تأثيرها عليهم ، والتأكيد على الاختصاصيين التربويين في الجامعة للاهتمام بالكمالية المثالية في جميع المراحل بصورة عامة، وإجراء دراسة تستهدف التعرف على العلاقة بين التشوهات المعرفية ومتغيرات أخرى مهمة مثل (تقدير الذات، والرضا الوظيفي، والذكاء الوجودي، والرفاهية النفسية، والانتاجية، وجودة الحياة، والشعور بالانتماء، والتفكير التنظيمي، والثقة بالنفس، وسمات الشخصية).
