الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى اليقظة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية، والتعرف على مستوى اليقظة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور -اناث)،والتعرف على مستوى اليقظة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية تبعا لمتغير التخصص( علمي–انساني ) .وتكوَّن مجتمع البحث الحالي من مديري المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي (2024-2025) والبالغ عددهم (792) ،أمّا عَينَّة البحث فبلغت (300) مديراً ومديرة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقة وثباتة ، واستخراج قوته التميزية ، وكذلك تم استخراج معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وتم حذف (3) فقرات وبذلك تكوَّن المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (30 ) فقرة، وتم حساب معامل ثباته بطريقة إعادة الاختبار حيث بلغ (0,86 ) ،كما استخرج الثبات أيضاً بطريقة معامل ألفا فبلغ (0,88) وبعد جمع البيانات تم معالجتها احصائياً باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (spss). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية ، يتمتع مديري المدارس بمستوى عالٍ من اليقظة التنظيمية، عدم وجود فروق دال احصائياً في متغير اليقظة التنظيمية بين مديري المدارس وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور، اناث)،عدم وجود فروق دال احصائياً في متغير اليقظة التنظيمية بين مديري المدارس الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير التخصص علمي، انساني .
