التحليل المكاني لواقع توزيع الخدمات الصحية واثرها على السكان في محافظة صلاح الدين لعام 2023

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث الى معرفة واقع توزيع الخدمات الصحية واثرها على السكان في محافظة صلاح الدين من خلال عرض وتحليل مكاني لجملة من المؤشرات الخاصة بالخدمات الصحية والمتمثلة بالمستشفيات والمراكز الصحية والعيادات الطبية الشعبية والصيدليات , والكوادر الطبية العاملين فيها من اطباء واطباء اسنان وصيادلة وذوي المهن الصحية والتمريضية الموزعين مكانياً بحسب القطاعات الصحية لمنطقة الدراسة وفقاً للمعايير المحلية والدولية المعتمدة , فضلاً عن بيان كفاءة تلك الخدمات طبقاً لمستوى اثرها على السكان وتوزيعها المكاني في المحافظة لعام 2023 , وقد توصل البحث في مجمل معطياته الصحية ونتائج تحليله الى واقع التباين المكاني في توزيع الخدمات الصحية والتي ترجع مخرجاتها الادارية والتنظيمية الى سوء التخطيط المكاني والبيئي للقطاع الصحي فيها , الى جانب ضعف الاداء الوظيفي في منظومة تخطيط وتوزيع الخدمات الطبية في المحافظة بعامة ووحداتها الادارية بشكل خاص , هذا وقد جائت مقترحات البحث منسجمة في مضمونها وهدفها المرسوم بأتجاه الاهتمام بالجانب الصحي وتوزيع خدماته المذكورة على نحو متوازن يتناسب وحجم السكان في منطقة الدراسة ودرجة تأثيرها الصحي في تلبية حاجاتهم ومتطلباتهم الطبية , وتعزيز دور كفاءة خدماتها المقدمة لهم حاليا ومستقبلاً , ومعالجة معوقاتها بالتالي .
