الملخص
استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى مستوى التفكير السريع – البطيء لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية فـي مدارس قسم تربية العلم للعام الدراسي 204- 2025 وتم اختيار عينة مكونة مـن (49) مدير ومديرة من مديري المدارس الثانوية، وقد تم استخدام مقياس التفكيـر السريع- البطيء المعد من قبل (التميمي، 2015) وباستخدام الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية المتمثلة بالاختبار التائي، والمتوسط الحسـابي والانحـراف المعياري. تم التوصل للنتائج التي تؤشر ان الاناث لديهن سمة التفكير السريع على حساب الذكور
