التحليل الجغرافي لظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في محافظة كركوك

الملخص
إن رعاية الأطفال امر تتطلبه البيئة الاجتماعية وجهود التنمية، وقد وضعت العديد من بلدان العام برامج لضمان حصول هذه الشريحة على مستوى معيشي لائق، وفي العراق نلاحظ ان هناك إهمالًا واضحاً للأطفال، مما يؤدي إلى العديد من المشاكل بين افراد هذه الفئة. وفي محافظة كركوك يعاني الأطفال العاملون من ظروف اقتصادية واجتماعية وصحية ونفسية لا تتناسب مع أعمارهم، وهذا يتطلب تحديد حجمهم وظروفهم الاقتصادية والمعيشية والصحية والنفسية من أجل الخروج ببعض التوصيات التي من شأنها تخفيف العبء على هذه الفئة من السكان.
يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على شريحة مهمة من شرائح المجتمع، ألا وهي شريحة الأطفال دون سن الخامسة عشرة. وتتجلى أهمية البحث في أنه يكشف عن حقائق حول التوزيع المكاني والتركيب العمري والنوعي للأطفال العاملين. كما تطلب هذ البحث استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من مناهج البحث والاساليب العلمية، تمثلت في استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. واظهر البحث وجود تباين في أعداد توزيع الأطفال العاملين مكانياً في مختلف الوحدات الإدارية، اذ يتركز الأطفال العاملون بشكل رئيس في المراكز الحضرية ولا سيما في مركز قضاء كركوك والحويجة اللذين احتلا المراتب الأولى عام 2023. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة إجراء دراسات ميدانية موسعة ومعمقة لتحديد الحجم الحقيقي وخصائص الظاهرة ووضع استراتيجية وطنية لمعالجتها وتحديد المتغيرات الاقتصادية التي تساهم في انتشارها.
