قياس فاعلية الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية/ جامعة كرميان من وجهة نظر الطلبة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس فاعلية الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية/جامعة كرميان من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وقد حدد الباحث مجتمع البحث الذي بلغ(947) طالباً وطالبةً موزعين على(10) أقسامٍ علمية وإنسانية للسنة الدراسية 2019-2020، ثم اختير(190) منهم عشوائياً ليمثلوا عينة البحث، وبعد إعداد (الاستبيان) كأداةً للبحث عُرضت على عدد من المختصين في العلوم التربوية للتحقق من صدقها وقد نالت على نسبة اتفاق بلغت (84%) وتم التأكد أيضاً من ثباتها بطريقة إعادة الاختبار على(25) طالباً وطالبةً في الكلية نفسها وباستخدام معامل إرتباط بيرسون، حصلت على معامل ثبات بنسبة (0,89%) وبذلك تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث، وبعد تحليل النتائج إحصائياً أظهرت أن فاعلية الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية/جامعة كرميان في مجال(السمات الشخصية) يراعي الفروق الفردية بين الطلبة، وفي مجال (إعداد المحاضرة) ويحدد المصادر والمراجع اللازمة للمادة التعليمية، وفي مجال (الأداء الأكاديمي) يُجيد عرض المادة العلمية بشكل متسلسل ومنظم، وفي مجال (الكفاءتيين العلمية والمهنية) يُجيب عن أسئلة الطلبة خارج ساعات التدريس المقررة، أما في مجال (الأنشطة والتقويم) فيراعي شمولية الاختبارات لجوانب المقرر الدراسي.
