المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالسلم المجتمعي لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على (المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالسلم المجتمعي لدى طلبة الجامعة), استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, تم اختيار عينة بلغت (۱۱۲) طالب وطالبة من جامعة تكريت، بواقع (٦٦) من الذكور و (٤٦) من الإناث تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي, اعد الباحث مقياسين احدهما لقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية مكون (60) فقره, ومقياس السلم الاجتماعي مكون من (56) فقرة تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما.
بينت النتائج ان الطلبة يتمتعون بمسؤولية اجتماعية, وذو مستوى عال في السلم الاجتماعي, وكذلك بينت ان معامل ارتباط درجة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بدرجات السلم الاجتماعي بلغ (٠,٨٩٥) وهي اكبر من القيمة الجدولية البالغة (۰,۱۲۹) وهي علاقة طردية اي كلما زادت المسؤولية الاجتماعية زادت كفاءة السلم الاجتماعي وبالعكس.
وقدم الباحث بعض التوصيات: منها تنشيط الفعاليات الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة بما يتيح لهم معرفة الذات والآخرين, توفير فرصة للطلبة في جامعة تكريت بإجراء تبادلات الثقافية والعلمية من خلال الزيارات , وتم تقديم بعض المقترحات منها : دراسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية وبعض سمات الشخصية عن طلبة الجامعة. ودراسة لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لفئات عمرية مختلفة.
