الملخص
ساهم الصحابة رضوان الله عليه عامة والأنصار خاصة في بناء دولة النبي في المدينة، وقدموا أنفسهم وأموالهم وأبنائهم فداءً من أجل نشر هذا الدين وقيام الدولة الإسلامية، وقد قلت الدراسات الأكاديمية التي ناقشت دور الصحب الكرام في بناء الدولة الإسلامية في المدينة، لذلك سوف ترصد هذه الدراسة حياة واحداً من صحابة رسول الله وأثره في تاريخ السيرة النبوية.
واعتمد الباحث خلال دراسته عدة مناهج بحثية للكشف عن بعض الحقائق التاريخية التي ربما يحيط به شيء من الضبابية البحثية، وحتى يتم تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والاجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يقدم المادة العلمية وعرضها وترتيبها بما يخدم عناصر البحث، والمنهج النقدي الذي يقوم على أساس توثيق وتفسير الظواهر التاريخية، والتأكد من أصالتها وصدقها، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي للمعلومات المنقولة من المصادر حتى يتم الوصول للحقائق.
وقسمت الدراسة على خمس مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول: اسمه وكنيته ونسبه:، والمبحث الثاني: إسلامه، المبحث الثالث: مواقفه في العهد المدني، المبحث الرابع: دوره العلمي، المبحث الخامس: وفاته.
