الملخص
تُعد مشكلة السمنة واحدة من أبرز القضايا الصحية والاجتماعية التي تواجه المجتمعات في العصر الحديث، حيث ترتبط بمجموعة متنوعة من المشكلات الصحية مثل أمراض القلب والسكري وارتفاع ضغط الدم. علاوة على ذلك، تمتد آثار السمنة إلى الجوانب الاجتماعية والنفسية، مما يجعلها قضية متعددة الأبعاد تستحق الدراسة والبحث .في محافظة صلاح الدين، تُشكل السمنة بين النساء ظاهرة تحتاج إلى تحليل معمق لفهم خصائصها الديموغرافية والاجتماعية. فمن خلال دراسة هذه الخصائص، تم تسليط الضوء على العوامل المؤثرة في انتشار السمنة بين النساء، سواء كانت مرتبطة بالعمر، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، أو الظروف الاقتصادية. اضافه الى متغيرات اخرى منها استخدام بعض الأدوية وحبوب منع الحمل والعمر والحالة التعليمية والزراعية مستوى الدخل. للوصول الى انماط جغرافية متباينة في محاولة لبيان تركزها في المحافظة وهي مساهمة من علم الجغرافية مع العلوم الأخرى للوصول بالمجتمع السكاني الى حالة صحية افضل ورفاة ، لان لهذه الظاهرة اثارا سلبية على المجمع ومنها اثاراً صحية اذ تسبب العديد من الامراض واثاراً اجتماعية ونفسية واقتصادية خاصة في ظل الواقع الصحي والاقتصادي في الوقت الحاضر.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية للنساء البدينات في محافظة صلاح الدين لعام 2023، لتقديم فهم شامل لهذه الظاهرة والمساهمة في صياغة استراتيجيات فعالة للتصدي لها. ان دراسة الخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للنساء البدنيات مهمة جدا للوصول الى حقيقة الظاهرة وأين تتركز وما تأثير هذه الصفات على السمنة والبدانة، وحقيقه ذلك ان هناك العديد من المتغيرات المسبية لها، وان الغرض من ذلك لمعرفه تركز النساء البدينات بحسب هذه الخصائص ، وبعد ان تم التوصل سابقا ان ظاهرة البدانة لدى النساء تفوق الذكور، ولمعرفة تركزها بحسب المستويات التعليمية والزواجية والمستويات الاقتصادية ويحسب الكثافة السكنية وعدد افراد الاسرة وعدد الاطفال وامتلاكها لوسيلة النقل الخاصة بها. لنصل إلى حقائق هامة جدا عن هذه الظاهرة وعلاقتها بهذه الخصائص للنساء البدنيات
