الشراكة المجتمعية مدخل لتمويل التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية "سيناريوهات مقترحة"

الملخص
استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على كيفية تمويل التعليم، وحصر أهم التحديات المتوقعة لتحقيق تمويل التعليم المدرسي بمحافظة حفر الباطن من خلال الشراكة المجتمعية بمحافظة حفر الباطن ثم وضع سيناريوهات مقترحة لتحقيق تمويل التعليم من خلال الشراكة المجتمعية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دلفاي. وطبقت الاستبانة المفتوحة على (10) من مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن. أظهرت النتائج أن التثقيف والتوعية بأهمية الشراكة المجتمعية لتمويل التعليم والنظر للتعليم باعتباره مسئولية مجتمعية يجب على المجتمع دعمه من أهم متطلبات تمويل التعليم من خلال الشراكة المجتمعية. كما نتج عن الدراسة أن عدم وجود آلية واضحة لاستقطاب مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي من أهم التحديات التي تواجه تمويل التعليم من خلال الشراكة المجتمعية.
