الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على :1. التفكير الابداعي لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية . 2. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في التفكير الابداعي لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية حسب متغير الجنس ( ذكور / اناث ) . 3. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في التفكير الابداعي لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية حسب متغير عدد سنوات الخدمة ( 5 سنوات فما دون ، 5 سنوات فأكثر ) و تكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من مدراء المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين ( قسم تربية تكريت ) للعام الدراسي ( 2023- 2024 ). والبالغ عددهم (200) مديراً ومديرة موزعين بواقع (107) مديراً و (93) مديرة بعد تحديد عدد المدارس الابتدائية في قسم تربية تكريت ، أختارت الباحثتان عينة البحث بطريقة عشوائية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) وعدد سنوات الخدمة وتكونت العينة من (200) مديرٍ ومديرةٍ ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أَعدَّت الباحثتان مقياساً للتفكير الإبداعي، إذ تكون المقياس من (38) فقرة تكون في ثلاثة مجالات هي : (الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة ) . وقد استخدمت الباحثتان عدداً من الوسائل الاحصائية منها (مربع كاي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون و معامل الفا كرونباخ والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين) وتم تحليل البيانات احصائياً باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ( . ( Spss وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائياً تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : .إنَّ التفكير الابداعي لدى عينة البحث عالٍ . لا يوجد فروق دالة احصائياً بين الذكور والاناث في التفكير الإبداعي . تفوق مدراء المدارس الابتدائية في التفكير الابداعي لصالح سنوات الخدمة الأقل من 5 سنوات .
