العوامل الطبيعية وأثرها في التوسع العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية في ناحية يثرب

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى (العوامل الطبيعية وأثرها في التوسع العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية في منطقه الدراسة)، إن لظاهرة التوسع العمراني أثار سلبية على الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة ليس في منطقة الدراسة فحسب وإنما في عموم المناطق الريفية والحضرية من العراق ومنطقة الدراسة، حيث يهدف البحث الى تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير العوامل الطبيعية على حجم التوسع العمراني في ناحية يثرب واعطاء صورة واضحة عن ذلك التوسع والكشف عن تناقص المساحات الزراعية، حيث استنتجت الدراسة حيث تميزت منطقة الدراسة بالانبساط في عموم المنطقة مما يجعل التوسع العمراني على كل الاتجاهات إذ بلغ أقصى ارتفاع في منطقة الدراسة نحو 56م، فوق مستوى سطح البحر في الجهة الشمالية في مقاطعة الشمسي والجمسرية ، وأقل ارتفاع يبلغ 32 فوق مستوى سطح البحر في الجهة الشمالية الشرقية في مقاطعة المدورة والخرجة، وهذا يدل أن المنطقة قليلة الارتفاع أو مستوية تقريباً، تعد عناصر درجة الحرارة والامطار والرياح ، يعدان من اكثر العناصر المناخ تأثيراﹰ في تصميم الوحدات السكنية وتغير استعمالات الأراضي الزراعية حيث بلغ متوسطات درجات الحرارة(30.1مْ) و(29.4مْ)، فضلا عن ان تذبذب الامطار وقلتها بينما بلغت مجاميع الامطار (157.28)ملم، و(161.5)ملم ، إن للتربة تأثير مباشر في تحديد بناء الوحدة السكنية التي تشغل مساحة (72.81)كم2، مقارنة بأنواع الترب، اكثر من باقي انواع الترب ضمن منطقة الدراسة .
