الملخص
تطرق البحث إلى المشاركة السياسية للأقباط وتمثليهم البرلماني في المدة (1971–1991)، إذ بدأت هذه المدة في عهد الرئيس محمد أنور السادات، وقد اتسمت مشاركتهم في تلك المدة ضعيفة نوعاً ما، مقارنة بما قبلها وما بعدها، وذلك لاتجاه الرئيس أنور السادات اتجاهاً دينياً، بسبب الظروف التي كانت محيطة به والضغوط التي مارست عليه، ولكن على الرغم من ذلك فقد كان لمشاركتهم وآرائهم دور كبير في إفادة المجتمع المصري، وكان تأثيرهم واضح ومشاركتهم فعالة في ذلك الوقت.
أما في عهد الرئيس محمد حسني مبارك، فكان للنواب الأقباط مشاركة جيدة في البرلمان المصري، إذ كانوا أكثر حظاً من مشاركتهم في عهد سابقه أنور السادات، لذا نرى جهودهم ومشاركاتهم واضحة بشكل أكبر، ومن خلال هذا البحث بيّنا تلك المشاركة وتأثيرها على المجتمع المصري.
