الملخص

بدأت نواة العلاقات بين إيران في العهد القاجاري  وألمانيا بعد النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر وتطورت بعد  بروز ألمانيا كقوة على الساحة الدولية  بعد وحدتها عام 1871 أذ اصبح لها دور بارز المشهد السياسي والاقتصادي في إيران، فأصبحت هناك علاقات سياسية واقتصادية وعسكرية من خلال الاتفاقيات العسكرية والتجارية التي تترجمت على أرض الواقع وأسهمت بشكل مباشر في ظهور المانيا كقوة ثالثة ضد النفوذ الروسي والبريطاني   ، وبعد تسلم رضا شاه بهلوي السلطة في ايران 15 كانون الأول 1925 بدء سياسته بتحالفه مع ألمانيا بهدف العمل  على إعمار البلاد من الأضرار التي خلفتها الحرب العالمية الأولى ،  وعمل على توطيد العلاقات الاقتصادية والثقافية والعسكرية بين البلدين ،  ،  وتم تقسيم العلاقات بين إيران وألمانيا  إلى قسمين :  من 1925 إلى 1933، تميزت هذه الفترة بأزمة في العلاقات بين البلدين.  والأعوام من 1933 إلى 1939 نشأت علاقات واسعة بين البلدين  في جميع المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية ،  كما تزامن العامان الأخيران من حكم رضا شاه مع اندلاع الحرب العالمية الثانية والذي تضمن الجزء الأخير من البحث ،  فمع بداية الحرب العالمية الثانية  اتبع  رضا شاه  سياسة الحياد المائلة نوعاً ما أتجاه ألمانيا حتى إعلان الحرب على ايران من قبل الاتحاد السوفيتي الذي احتل شمال ايران وبريطانيا التي احتلت جنوب ايران ، حيث قاموا كلاً من الاتحاد السوفيتي وبريطانيا  والسيطرة على مناطق الحدود في ايران  واجبروا رضا شاه على التنازل عن الحكم لابنه ولي العهد محمد رضا شاه والواقع السياسي الجديد لإيران في بداية عهد محمد رضا شاه وتقسيم البلاد إلى مناطق نفوذ بين بريطانيا والاتحاد السوفيتي وفي 29 كانون الثاني 1942 وقعت إيران اتفاقية التحالف مع بريطانيا والاتحاد السوفييتي والتي تم بموجبها السيطرة على البلاد وأعلنت بريطانيا قانونيتها في ايران  وفي 9 ايلول 1943  نتيجة لضغوط الحلفاء، اضطرت الحكومة الإيرانية ووافقت على إعلان الحرب رسميًا على ألمانيا بحجة الأنشطة التخريبية الألمانية .
