ميشال زكور ودوره الصحافي والسياسي في لبنان1896-1937

الملخص
عدت مرحلة التاريخ الحديث للبنان فترة النضوج الفكري والمتمثل بظهور شخصيات لبنانية كان لها باع طويل في النضال ضد المستعمر ويعد ميشال زكور واحدا من اولئك المناضلين اللبنانيين الذين اسهموا في الحصول على الاستقلال.
قسم البحث على مطلبين: تناولت في المطلب الاول حياته الشخصية ودوره الصحافي في لبنان، وشمل ولادته ونشأته ودراسته ودوره الصحافي ، في حين تناولت في المطلب الثاني: دوره السياسي والوزاري في لبنان حتى وفاته .
ولد ميشال زكور في منطقة الشياح عام 1896م في الضاحية ، الجنوبية من بيروت ,لبناني الجنسية , تلقى تعليمة الابتدائي في مدارس علمية محلية واكمل تعليمة عام 1908م في مدرسة الحكمة حيث تخرج منها عام 1914م ثم التحق بمعهد الحقوق الفرنسي انتخب نائبا عن جبل لبنان في دورة سنة 1929م والتي اعيد انتخابها مرة ثانية عام 1934م ,من خلال ذلك وقع عريضة تطالب الفرنسيين بإنقاذ الدستور اللبناني والحصول على الاستقلال حتى وفاته عام 1937.
اما في المجال الصحفي فقد بدأ ميشال زكور حياته الصحفية في جريدة البشير لصاحبها عبود ابي راشد ومن الصحف الكثيرة التي اسهم في الكتابة فيها هي البلوغ ,والاقبال ,والاخاء , والحقيقة وغيرها ، كما عرف ميشال زكور بمواقفة الوطنية وقف ضد الحكم الفرنسي المباشر حتى لقب من لدن المفوض السامي الفرنسي "الولد المخيف" ودعا الى التعاون بين سوريا ولبنان على اساس السيادة الوطنية الكاملة .
