الملخص
للحضارة الإسلامية اتجاهات عديدة في الفنون والابداع، ومنها فن الخطط الذي أبدع فيه وأجاد العلّامة مصطفى جواد، فقضى شوطًا كبيرًا من حياته العلمية والعملية يكتب ويبحث ويستقصي في هذا الفن محاولًا تثبيت أسس علمية جديدة لهذا العلم، وكان له في هذا العلم منطق حضاري خاص به تميز به بين علماء عصره وأقرانه.
