أثر الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية في بلدة تفوح باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وتقنيات الاستشعار عن بعد

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الزحف العمراني في الأراضي الزراعية في بلدة تفوح مبينة أسبابه، وما للعوامل الطبيعية والبشرية من دورٍ رئيس في ذلك، وقد ترتب على هذه العوامل ازدياد في عدد السكان وتوسع للبلدة بمرور الزمن وانتشار العمران على كامل البلدة بعد أن كان تركزه بوسط البلدة حتى عام2000م، وما زال هذا الزحف مستمراً، حيث خسرت البلدة من أراضيها الزراعية خلال فترة الدراسة من عام 2000-2022م ما يقارب 1476 دونم. وقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في دراسة وتشخيص الواقع العمراني الحالي في البلدة والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل وتقييم التغير في استخدامات الأراضي والعوامل المؤثرة عليها، و أثر الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية في البلدة وذلك بالإرتكاز على المعلومات والبيانات بشقيها الكمي والنوعي بمصادرها المختلفة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي تم من خلالها تبيان الاسباب الرئيسية للزحف العمراني في البلدة ووضع التوصيات الكفيله بالحد من هذا الزحف.
