تنظيم الوقت وعلاقته بالاستقرار النفسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية

الملخص
الدراسة الحالية تتناول موضوعاً حيوياً ومهماً وهو تنظيم الوقت وعلاقتها بالاستقرار النفسي الذي تعيشه شريحة مهمة من شرائح المجتمع العراقي وهم طلبة الاعدادية . وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على: مستوى تنظيم الوقت لدى طلبة الاعدادية ومستوى الاستقرار النفسي لدى طلبة الاعدادية وطبيعة العلاقة بين تنظيم الوقت والاستقرار النفسي لدى طلبة الاعدادية. واقتصر البحث الحالي على طلبة الاعدادية مركز تكريت من(الذكور_ اثاث)،للدراسات الصباحية للعام الدراسي (2022_2023). وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي تنظيم الوقت وتبني والاستقرار النفسي وتم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة عشوائية بلغت( 400) طالباً وطالبة ، وقد تم جمع البيانات ومعالجتها الاحصائية وباستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج الاتية: ان درجة تعرض عينة طلبة الاعدادية تنظيم الوقت عالية ان مستوى الاستقرار النفسي لدى عينة البحث مرتفع وجود علاقة قوية بين تنظيم الوقت والاستقرار النفسي .
