واقـع تطبيق الحوكـمة الإلكترونية في بيئة مؤسسات التعليم من وجهه نظر مدرسي ومديري المدارس الإعدادية

الملخص
هــدف الدراسة تعرف "واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية في بيئة مؤسسات التعليم من وجهه نظر مدرسي ومديري المدارس الإعدادية".
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (200) مدرس ومدير بالمدارس الإعدادية، وقام الباحث باعداد استبانة تكونت من (56) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور رئيسة, تم تحليلها باستخدام معامل الارتباط الفا كرونباخ ومعامل الارتباط لبيرسون لإيجاد الثبات على الدرجة الكلية للأداة وعلى كل مجال من مجالات الأداة، وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية واستخدم اختبار (t-test) و(One way Anova) لقياس أثر متغيرات الدراسة.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بالنسبة للتساؤل الأول اتفاق مدرسي ومديري المدارس بدرجة مرتفعة على أهمية استخدام الحوكمة الإلكترونية. أما نتائج التساؤل الثاني أظهرت أن درجة استخدام الحوكمة الإلكترونية منخفضة نوعا ما, ونتائج التساؤل الثالث أظهرت درجات توافر التجهيزات المادية المساعدة لتطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية متوسطة من قبل المدرسين ومنخفضة من قبل مديري المدارس, أما فيما يخص نتائج التساؤل الرابع أظهرت أن هناك معوقات فعلية تحد من استعمال الحوكمة الإلكترونية وهذا يشير إلى معوقات بصورة متوسطة أو اقل, وأظهرت نتائج التساؤل الخامس: لا توجد فروق بين استجابات افرد عينة الدراسة في جميع محاور الاستبانة تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل, وعدد سنوات الخدمة). وكذلك فيما يخص (الأهمية وتجهيزات, والعوائق) في (دورة التدريب , مسمى وظيفي) بينما توجد فروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة فيما يخص درجة الاستخدام في الدورات التدريبية ولصالح الذين لم يأخذوا الدورات التدريبية, وكذلك في متغير المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح المدرسين.
في ضوء ما سبق خرج البحث بالعديد من الاستنتاجات ومقترحات وتوصيات.
