الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على درجة التوجهات الهدفية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة تكريت، فضلاً عن التعرف على درجة قوة الأنا لديهم ومن ثم التعرف على العلاقة بين التوجهات الهدفية ، وقوة الأنا لدى طلبة جامعة تكريت ، وقد اعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد شمل البحث الحالي على عينة شملت (200) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم عشوائياً ، وقد تم تبني مقياس التوجهات الهدفية الذي أعدَّه (طه، 2019) ومقياس قوة الأنا (حسن، 2013)، وقد اسفرت النتائج بوجود علاقة ارتباطية ما بين متغيري البحث ، وبناءً على هذه النتائج خرج الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
