المرأة السورية – نبذة تاريخية عبر العصر الحديث 1918-1946م

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة المرأة السورية من حيث السمات الديموغرافية والمحددات الاجتماعية والتاريخية في بداية من العصر السوري الحديث عام 1918م -1958م، ويرجع سبب اختيار تلك الفترة عام 1918م إلى أن أغلب المؤرخين قد اعتبروه بداية العصر الحديث، ففي تلك الفترة انهارت الدولة العثمانية وخرجت سورية من ولاياتها، وقد حدث ذلك تزامناً مع انسحاب القوات العثمانية والألمانية من سورية، ودخول جزء من الجيش البريطاني لحلب شمال سورية ودخول القوات العربية بقيادة الأمير فيصل بن الحسين الهاشمي، وصولاً لفترة الانتداب الفرنسي على سورية 1920-1946م، ثم يليها حصول سورية على الاستقلال وتأسيس الدولة السورية.
