فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجيات حل المشكلات لتطوير (المهارات الإبداعية ) للمرشدين التربويين في تربية صلاح الدين

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى المهارات الابداعية وفاعلية البرنامج التدريبي لتطويرها لدى المرشدين التربويين في المديرية العامة لتربية صلاح الدين) للسنة الدراسية (2023 /2024) , . تم بناء استبيان لقياس مستوى المهارات الابداعية تكوّن من (15) فقرة , وبناء برنامج تدريبي لتطوير المهارات الابداعية من (8) جلسات , للمرشدين التربويين وتم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس والبرنامج , وتاْلفت عينة الدراسة من (60) مرشد ومرشدة , تم تقسيمهم بالتساوي الى مجموعتبن: ضابطة وتجريبية ,وقد اظهرت النتائج تدني مستوى المهارات الإبداعية لأفراد العينة , ومن الناحية الإحصائية وجد هناك فروق, ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في (الاختبار القبلي, والبعدي) لمقياس المهارات الإبداعيه , وكانت النتائج لصالح الاختبار البعدي ,ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين : التجريبية , والضابطة في القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية .وقد قدمَ البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
