تحليل الظواهر البشرية للمناطق السياحية في محافظة صلاح الدين واثرها على التنمية السياحية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى (التحليل الجغرافي لواقع الاستثمار السياحي في محافظة صلاح الدين)، تحديد أهم المناطق السياحية في محافظة صلاح الدين سواء الدينية والأثرية والترفيهية والتي لها دور كبير في حال تم استثمارها وتطويرها لتكون عامل جذب للسواح القادمين إلى المحافظة
استخدمت هذه الدراسة استخدام عدد من المناهج المختلفة ومنها المنهج الوضعي الذي يعتمد على مجمع الحقائق والبيانات والمعلومات عن الظاهرة المدروسة لتمديد خصائصها الزمانية والمكانية، ومن حيث دراستها كما في الواقع وتصنيفها ووصفها وصفاء دقيقها، فضلاً من استخدام المنهج التحليلي الذي يتبنى تحليل الاختلافات المكانية وتفسير المتغيرات المؤثرة في الظاهرة ويعتمد هذا المنهج على الاسلوب الاحصائي والكمي لدراسة وتحليل الظاهرة باستخدام لغة الارقام لإبراز العلاقات مع استخدام اسلوب التعليل والتحلل والربط بين الظواهر والعوامل المؤثرة. حيث بينت الدراسة مشاريع المتنزهات الترفيهية والمسابح والمجمعات الترفيهية والمقاهي السياحية ومحطات الاستراحة والمجازة من قبل هيئة الاستثمار في المحافظة، وبلغ عددها في المحافظة (26) مشروعاً استثمارياً لعام 2022، وموزعة بواقع (10) متنزهات ومجمعات ترفيهية وبنسبة 38,5% من مجموعها، ولابد من الذكر ان نسب الانجاز فيها تراوحت بين 5-67%، وفقط هناك مشروعين بلغت نسبة الانجاز فيهما 100%، مما يدل على ان هناك بطئ في عملية التنفيذ وتعود لأسباب منها سوء التخطيط والادارة والمتابعة.
