الملخص
تبنى البحث دراسة (سمات الزخارف الهندسية في المقبرة الملكية)، فمن خلال الدراسات الميدانية الاستطلاعية لجدران المقبرة الملكية وما تحويها من زخارف، وجدت الباحثة ان تلك الدراسة لم يتطرق اليها الباحثون من قبل، وعدم توافر دراسات فنية علمية تبحث بشأن فنون الزخارف الهندسية في المقبرة الملكية إذ صاغت الباحثة مشكلة بحثها بالتساؤل الاتي:(ماهي سمات الزخارف الهندسية في المقبرة الملكية)، وهدف البحث (الكشف عن سمات الزخارف الهندسية في المقبرة الملكية) ضمن الحدود المكانية المتمثلة (العراق/ بغداد).وتضمن الإطار النظري للبحث الموضوعات الآتية: المبحث الأول موجز عن المقبرة الملكية، والمبحث الثاني: تنوع الزخارف الهندسية في المقبرة الملكية،فصلاً عن انواع الخطوط الهندسية، وانواع المفردات من الاشكال الهندسية والاطباق النجمية والمبحث الثالث تضمن:عناصر الريازة المعمارية الاسلامية وخامة التنفيذ ب(الاجر والخشب)، وتوصلت الباحثة من الإطار النظري بمجموعة مؤشرات اعتمدتها في تصميم أداة بحثها، لغرض تحليل العينات عدد (ثلاثة) المختارة بشكل قصدي، واعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغية الوصول الى تحقيق نتائج البحث وكان أهمها: استخدم المصمم تقنية الحفر الغائر والبارز على الآجر، وتنوع بأشكال الزخارف الهندسية منها النجمية واطباق نجمية، واخيراً تم اقتراح دراسة المعالجات الفنية والتقنية للزخارف في المقبرة الملكية. وفقاً لسمات الزخارف الهندسية المستنتجة من مجريات البحث في المقبرة الملكية.
