المناخ وعلاقته بالتخطيط العمراني لمدينة حديثة في محافظة الانبار

الملخص
اختصت هذه الدراسة بالبحث عن علاقة المناخ بالتخطيط العمراني للأبنية في مدينة حديثة والتي تقع فلكيا بين دائرتي عرض (34.05.18 - 34.10.44) شمالاً وخطي طول (42.21.12-42.23.15) شرقاً وقدرت مساحتها حوالي (١١٣.٥) كم2 حيث تمثل بهذا الموقع مركزا أداريا لقضاء حديثة، أحد أقضية محافظة الانبار غرب العراق وتبعد عن مدينة حديثة (١٤٥) كم وعن مدينة بغداد حوالي(240) كم وهي إحدى مدن أعالي الفرات في محافظة الأنبار وبسبب خصوبة تربتها وقربها من نهر الفرات فتمثل منطقة جذب للسكان. كما وإن انشاء محطة (K3) النفطية في المدينة زادت من أهميتها الاقتصادية إذ عملت على زيادة فرص العمل للمدينة واتجهت المدينة نحو البناء والتطور والنمو أكثر من المدن المحيطة بها وذلك بسبب تحسن المستوى المعاشي للسكان وامتد هذا التطور ليشمل جميع النواحي العمرانية للمدينة فضلا عن النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
تتكون مدينة حديثة من (14) حي سكني اختلفت المساحة من حي لأخر بحسب القدم التاريخي والموقع الجغرافي للحي ، وتم اجراء دراسة لعناصر المناخ المؤثرة في الراحة الحرارية في مدينة حديثة وهي الحرارة والرطوبة والرياح لمعرفة تأثيرها في تخطيط وتصميم الأحياء السكنية وايجاد مناخ محلي مصغر يحقق أكثر راحة من غيره وبالعكس ، وتم اجراء عملية في اربع وحدات سكنية في مدينة حديثة اثنان ضمن النمط المفتوح الحديث واثنان ضمن النمط المتضام القديم ضمن منطقة الدراسة.
