الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على: السلوك الايجابي لدى تدريسي الجامعة، والفروق في السلوك الايجابي حسب الجنس والتخصص، ومعرفة المهارات الحياتية لدى تدريسي الجامعة والفروق حسب الجنس والتخصص, وكذلك معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين السلوك الايجابي  والمهارات الحياتية, وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس (السلوك الايجابي المكون من (24) فقرة ، واعداد مقياس المهارات الحياتية المكون من (25) فقرة  وقد طبقت الباحثة الاداتان على عينة البحث التي اختيرت عشوائياً والمكونة من (300) من تدريسي جامعة تكريت، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن تدريسي الجامعة يمتلكون سلوكاً ايجابياً،  وليس هناك فرقاً فيها حسب الجنس والتخصص, وتدريسي الجامعة يمتلكون مهارات حياتية، وليس هناك فرقاً حسب الجنس والتخصص، ، واظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين السلوك الايجابي والمهارات الحياتية.
