قدرة الذات على المواجهة وعلاقتها بالمسايرة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على قدرة الذات على المواجهة والمسايرة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على دلالة الفرق لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس(ذكور-اناث)، فضلاً عن التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين قدرة الذات على المواجهة والمسايرة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث تم اعتماد مقياس قدرة الذات على المواجهة (E.R.S.89) للعالم Block والمترجم الى اللغة العربية والمقنن على البيئة العراقية عينة المرشدين التربويين من قبل(غني,2010), وبناء مقياس المسايرة الاجتماعية. طبق المقياسين على عينة البحث البالغة (250) مرشد ومرشدة, وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة اظهرت النتائج الاتي:
- ان المرشدين التربويين يتسمون بمستوى جيد من قدرة الذات على المواجهة.
- افراد العينة من المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالمسايرة الاجتماعية.
- توجد فروق دالة احصائياً في قدرة الذات على المواجهة وفق متغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور.
- لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائياً في المسايرة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغير الجنس(ذكور – اناث).
- هناك علاقة ارتباطية طردية ايجابية بين قدرة الذات على المواجهة والمسايرة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين, وقد قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
