التقييمات الذاتية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة المعرفية لدى المرشدين التربويين

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مستوى التقييمات الذاتية ومستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على دلالة الفرق في مستوى التقيمات الذاتية ومستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس(ذكور- اناث)، فضلاً عن التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التقييمات الذاتية والكفاءة المعرفية لدى المرشدين التربويين. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قام الباحث بتبني مقياس جادج واخرون لقياس التقييمات الذاتية الاساسية وبناء مقياس للكفاءة المعرفية. طبق الباحث المقياسين على عينة البحث البالغة (200) مرشد ومرشدة, وباستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات بالاستعانة بالحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم النفسية الاجتماعية, اظهرت نتائج البحث الاتي:-
- ان المرشدين التربويين يتسمون بمستوى عال من التقييمات الذاتية.
- افراد العينة من المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالكفاءة المعرفية.
- لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائياً في كل من(التقييمات الذاتية والكفاءة المعرفية) لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغير الجنس(ذكور – اناث).
- هناك علاقة ارتباطية طردية ايجابية بين التقييمات الذاتية والكفاءة المعرفية لدى المرشدين التربويين.
وقد قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
