قياس مستويات الحرمان من الخدمات المحيطة بالمنزل في مدينة الحويجة

الملخص
جاء هذا البحث لقياس مستويات الحرمان من الخدمات المحيطة بالمنزل وخدمات البنى التحتية في مدينة الحويجة وتحديد اهم المناطق التي تعاني من الحرمان ومن ثم معرفة الاحتياجات التنموية لهذه المناطق والتركيز على عمليات التنمية والتطوير بشكل كفوء يساهم في تكوين بيئة صحية مناسبة تتوفر فيها كافة مقومات الحياة في المدينة يستطيع من خلالها ان يمارس الانسان نشاطاته اليومية . اذ تم دراسة تسعة متغيرات تعكس الظواهر السلبية المحيطة بالسكن والاكثر تأثير على راحة وطمأنينة سكان المدينة مثل (الضجيج, الدخان, الروائح الكريهة ، الحشرات وقوارض, الكلاب السائبة, والمياه الراكدة, والمخاطر الامنية، السرقات والطلق الناري. اذ نلاحظ إن المدينة عامة تعاني من تأثير تلك الظواهر وبنسبة كبيرة، فقد تم الاعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية لقياس مؤشرات الحرمان من الخدمات المحيطة بالمنزل اذ شكلت نسبة الحرمان من الخدمات بحدود (40.5)% على مستوى المدينة، اما على مستوى الاحياء فقد تباينت النسبة ما بين حي سكني واخر فبعض الاحياء تحظى بقدر كافي من الخدمات بصورة متكافئة مع عدد سكانها وبشكل كافي اكثر من غيرها من الاحياء الاخرى .
