الملخص
تعد الجريمة بشكل عام مصدر تهديد وقلق مستمر, وجرائم المخدرات بشكل خاص نظراً لما لها من أثار المتعددة على الفر د نفسة والمجتمع الذي يعيشه فيه وبتالي ينتج عن جرائم تعاطي المخدرات خسائر في الارواح فضلا على ذلك ينتج عنها اضرار مختلفة قد تؤدي في بعض الاحيان الى القلق والاكتئاب وبتالي يؤدي في بغض الاحيان تدفع متعاطيها الى الانتحار وهذا مما دفعنا للقيام بدراسة هذه الظاهرة وسوف تناول مفهوم المخدرات وانواعها وتوزيعها المكاني والزماني ودراسة الخصائص السكانية لمرتكبي جرائم تعاطي المخدرات ومعرفة طرق الحصول على المخدرات والاسباب الدافعة لتعاطيها وتوضح حجم الجرائم في المحافظة حيث بلغ (1010) جريمة بين متعاطي وتاجر للمخدرات خلال مدة الدراسة ما بين عامي (2015_2023) حيث كانت اعلى جرائم لتعاطي المخدرات في عام (2022) اذ بلغت (218) جريمة وبلغت ادناها في عام (2015) حوالي (10) جريمة لتعاطي المخدرات وتصدر بين الاقضية قضاء الطوز في تعاطي المخدرات الحصة الاكبر لمرتكبي جريمة تعاطي المخدرات في محافظة صلاح الدين.
