الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي وعلاقته بالإبداع التنظيمي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية صلاح الدين

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي وعلاقته بالأبداع التنظيمي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية صلاح الدين، والفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوي تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور- إناث) ولمتغيري التخصص(علمي- إنساني)، وسنوات الخدمة (1-5) و ( 6 سنوات فما فوق ) ، وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قام الباحثان بإعداد مقياس الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي ومقياس الابداع التنظيمي ، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات ، اذ تحقق الباحثان من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس ، وذلك بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين والمختصين ، واستخراج قوته التمييزية باستخدام الاختبار التائي (T– test) لعينتين مستقلتين ، كذلك تم استخراج معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس ، وبذلك تكون المقياس بصيغته النهائية من ( 36 ) فقرة ، وتم حساب معامل ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار ( Test– Re test ) حيث بلغ معامل ثباته ( 0.76) درجة ، كما استخرج الثبات أيضاً بطريقة التجزئة النصفية فبلغ ( 0.66 ) درجة بعد تصحيحه بمعادلة سبيرمان براون (Speraman – Brown ) ، وقد طبق الباحثان هذا المقياس على عينة البحث المتكونة من مديري مدارس الثانوي في تربية صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي ( 2023 – 2024 ) ، والبالغة ( 200 ) مديراً ومديرةً ، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ، وقد تم جمع البيانات ومعالجتها باستخدام الاختبار التائي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وباستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ( SPSS ) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية : أن عينة مديري الثانوي عموماً تتصف بمستوى متوسط من الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي ، وجود فروق في مستوى الوعي المعلوماتي الرقمي لدى عينة مديري الثانوي حسب متغير الجنس(ذكور - اناث ) ولصالح الاناث ، وتضمن البحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .
