الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مدى تضمين محتوى كتاب العلوم للصف الرابع الابتدائي للمهارات الحياتية ، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، وتكونت عينة البحث من جميع موضوعات محتوى كتاب العلوم للصف الرابع الابتدائي، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعد الباحث استمارة تحليل المحتوى على وفق المهارات الحياتية وتكونت بصيغتها النهائية من (49) مهارة فرعية موزعة على خمس مهارات حياتية أساسية هي المهارات البيئية والمهارات الصحية والمهارات اليدوية والمهارات الغذائية والمهارات الوقائية وقد تحقق الباحث من صدق الاستمارة وثباتها بأسلوب المطابقة مع باحث اخر إذ بلغت قيمته(٧٧%)وعبر الزمن بلغت قيمته (٩٠%) وتوصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية:حصول المهارات اليدوية على النصيب الاكبر من مجموع التكرارات والنسب المئوية في كتاب العلوم للصف الرابع الابتدائي حيث بلغت تكراراته(٤٨) تكراراً وبنسبة مئوية(٣١،٧٩%)وتليها المهارات البيئية حيث بلغ تكراراها( ٣٩) تكراراً وبنسبة مئوية(٢٥،٨٣%) وتليها المهارات الصحية حيث بلغ تكرارها(٢٤) تكراراً وبنسبة مئوية(١٥،٨٩%) وتليها المهارات الوقائية حيث بلغ تكرارها(٢١) تكراراً وبنسبة مئوية(١٣،٩١%) وحصلت المهارات الغذائية على المرتبة الاخيرة حيث بلغت تكراراتها(١٩) تكراراً وبنسبة مئوية(١٢،٥٨%)
