مستوى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات المهنة وعلاقتها بذاتهم المهنية

الملخص
استهدف البحث بناء أداة أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي ، فضلاً عن التعرف على مستوى ممارسة أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي لدى المُرشدين التربويين ، والتعرف على مستوى الذات المهنية لديهم ، فضلاً عن التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى ممارسة المرُشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي والذات المهنية لديهم ، والتعرف على الفروق بين العلاقة بين مستوى ممارسة المرُشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي والذات المهنية لدى المرشُد التربوي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس(ذكور/ إناث) ، وتألفت عينة البحث الأساسية من (163) مرُشداً ومرُشدة . ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث ببناء أداة لقياس أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي ، فضلاً عن تبني الباحث أداة (الذات المهنية للمرُشد التربوي) المعد من قبل (الشرفا 2011) . وبعد تطبيق الأداتين وجمع البيانات عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج الاختبار الإحصائي (SPSS) .
وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة أرتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين مستوى ممارسة المُرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات المهنة وبين الذات المهنية للمرُشد التربوي .
واستنادا إلى النتائج التي تم التوصل أليها حدد الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
