اثر الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزارعية في مدينة أربيل باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)

الملخص
تعاني الأراضي الزراعية المحيطة بالمدن و منها مدينة أربيل تناقصا تدريجيا يوماً بعد يوم بسبب الزحف العمراني اتجاه الأراضي الزراعية المحيطة بها. حيث تناولت هذه الدراسة الزحف العمراني لمدينة أربيل على الأراضي الزراعية و ذلك باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية.
تتجلى أهمية الموضوع في اثارة النقاش حول خطورة الزحف العمراني على حساب الأراضي الزراعية وذلك لتجنب الوقوع في مشاكل لها علاقة بالتخطيط و العمران، ومن أجل اتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تناقصاً في مساحة الأراضي الزراعية بشكل كـبير في مدينة أربيل ، اذ ﺇﻥّ ﺍﻟﺯﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ المساحة العمرانية في منطقة الدراسة كانت ﺴﺒﺒﺎﹰﺭﺌﻴﺴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻘﻠﺹ ﺍﻷﺭﺍﻀﻲ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﺍﻋﻴﺔ فيها، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺒﻠﻐﺕ نسبة ﻤﺴﺎﺤﺔ الأراضي المهدورة (6.77%) بين عامي 1990 و 2000 من الأراضي الزراعية، و ارتفعت بين عامي 2010 و 2022 إلى 247.71 % ، وخلال 32 السنة الماضية تم فقدان نسبة 325.04 % من الأراضي الزراعية.
