تحليل مكاني للخدمات في الحي السكني وقياس درجة الحرمان ( الشهداء الثانية مدينة الصقلاوية نموذجا)

الملخص
ان دراسة الاحياء السكنية وما تحتويه من خدمات وانشطة لابد من ان تستغل من اجل الانسان وراحته ورفاهيته سواء كان بالمدن او القصبات
حي الشهداء هو واحد من الاحياء السكنية التي لابد من ان تدرس واظهار ما تعاني من نقص شديد في العديد من الخدمات وهناك ضغط سكاني عالي على هذا الحي اذا يشكل نحو 52,5% من مساحة المدينة ويشغله نحو 45,4%من سكان المدينة وبهذا فهو يشكل مركز ثقل المدينة رغم شكل هذ الحي الطولي اثر سلبا في توزيع الخدمات.
هنا تم دراسة الخدمات ا لمجتمعية و الخدمات الارتكازية من صحة وتعليم ومتنزهات و مياه الشرب وجمع النفايات وتفاصيل كل خدمة من ساعات تشغيل وتجاوز على الشبكة ووجود حاويات جمع النفايات والتخلص من النفايات ومعيار المدارس ,تم توزيع استمارة استبيان بعدد 140 استمارة اي نسبة 25% من عدد الاسر البالغة568 اسرة .وتم استخدام مربع كاي لإيجاد العلاقة بين المتغيرات وقد تبين ان المستوى العلمي لا علاقة له بالرضى عن الخدمات عامة والبنى الارتكازية خاصة. و تم قياس مستوى الحرمان بطريقة فيرا سارتيزر.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان الخدمات التجارية في الحي غير منتظمة هي من اثرت في كمية النفايات الصلبة
وقد اوصت الدراسة الى يمكن الاستفادة من تجربة الفلوجة في استغلال الارض المحصورة بين شارع الثرثار وسكة القطار من خلال استغلال الارض المحصورة بين الخط السريع والحي السكني كمتنزهات وملاعب واماكن ترفيهية.
