الكفاءة الوظيفية للخدمات الصحية في قضاء الحويجة لعام 2019

الملخص
تناول هذا البحث دراسة الكفاءة الوظيفية للخدمات الصحية في قضاء الحويجة، والتي ظهر من خلالها أن القضاء يعاني من قلة عددها وسوء توزيعها المكاني ،لقد تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب العلمية مستندا إلى الدراسة الميدانية والتي شملت المؤسسات الصحية ودوائر الإحصاء ومديرية التخطيط العمراني وبلدية قضاء الحويجة مما أسهم في بناء قاعدة بيانات جغرافية تم تحويل الكثير من هذه البيانات إلى عدد من الخرائط التي احتواها متن هذا البحث باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (5،ARC GIS10) التي تتميز بقدرتها العالية على تحليل البيانات المكانية، كما تم قياس الكفاءة الوظيفية للخدمات الصحية باستخدام عدد من المؤشرات والمعايير التخطيطية المحلية ،وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الخدمات الصحية في منطقة الدراسة تعاني من تدني كبير في مستواها، بسبب التباين الوظيفي للمؤسسات الصحية، اذ نلاحظ افتقار كل وحدة ادارية الى مستشفى عام، ونقص في عدد المراكز الصحية ونقص كبير في الكوادر الطبية والصحية من أطباء وأطباء أسنان وصيادلة وذوي المهن الصحية, فضلا عن الأجهزة الحديثة وسيارات الإسعاف الفوري ،واقترح البحث على الجهات المعنية في دائرة صحة كركوك وقطاعي الحويجة الاول والثاني بوضع خطة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المسئولة لزيادة الكوادر الصحية والطبية في خطوة لزيادة الكفاءة الوظيفية داخل القضاء.
