الضغوط الاكاديمية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على :
- مستوى الضغوط الاكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الضغوط الاكاديمية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس( ذكور – اناث ).
- مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الكفاءة الذاتية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس( ذكور – اناث ).
- قوة العلاقة بين الضغوط الاكاديمية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث , قامت الباحثتان بأعداد مقياس للضغوط الاكاديمية وآخر للكفاءة الذاتية , واستخراج خصائصهما السايكومترية من صدق وثبات. وطبقت المقياسين على عينة البحث البالغة ( 400) طالب وطالبة بواقع (200) طالب و (200) طالبة , وبعد التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات , بينت النتائج ما يلي :
- وجود ضغوط اكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط الاكاديمية تبعاً للجنس ( ذكور-اناث) ولصالح الاناث .
- طلبة الجامعة لديهم كفاءة ذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الكفاءة الذاتية تبعاً للجنس ( ذكور-اناث) ولصالح الاناث .
- وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة عكسية بين الذغوط الاكاديمية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة .
