المساواة في الميراث بين الرؤية التفسيرية والنِّسوية الإسلاميّة التأويلية(دراسةٌ نقديةٌ)

الملخص
نالت مسألة مساواة الرجل مع المرأة أهمية بالغة في الفكر النسوي الحداثي المعاصر، حيث تعتبر قضية المرأة المسلمة وحقوقها من أهم القضايا التي شهدت صراعاً فكرياً بين (الإسلام والغرب)، ولذلك عمدّت صاحبات القراءة الحداثية النِّسوية إلى تناول قضية المرأة تناولاً يستطعن من خلاله ايجاد توافق بين التشريعات الإسلاميّة وآليات التحديث الفكري الغربي، حيث قدمت النسويات لمعالجة هذه المسألة من خلال النصّ القرآني نفسه متجاوزات بذلك التفسير التقليدي (الذكوري)، معتقدات تمام الاعتقاد بأن الحالة المأساوية للمرأة المسلمة كانت بسبب تأويلات المفسرين (الخاطئة) للآيات القرآنية الخاصة بالمرأة، لذا رأت النسويات أنه لا بدّ من إعادة النظر في تفسير تلك الآيات وتجديد قراءاتها، قراءة تتسق مع التطور المادي، مبنية على سياقات منهجية تتخذ من مفهوم الجندر والمساواة الإنسانية أساساً عملياً، وقد حاولنا في هذا البحث تقديم أنموذج عن القراءات الحداثية النِّسوية للنص القرآني حول موضوع (إرث المرأة)، وتقديم رؤية تحليلية نقدية عن هذا الخطاب الحداثي المعاصر.
