الملخص

      يهدف البحث الحالي الى: التعرف على مستوى التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة الجامعة و الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في التفكير الناقد تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور و اناث). وتبعا لمتغير التخصص ( علمي – انساني). وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث الحالي تبنت الباحثتان مقياس التفكير الناقد ( فاسيون، 1994) والذي تكون من( 38) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات هي: (البحث عن الحقيقة، والتفتح العقلي، والتحليلي، والمنهجية، والثقة الذاتية، والفضول، والنضج المعرفي ) وبعد استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية  للمقياس من صدق وثبات وتمييز ، تم تطبيقه على عينة البحث الاساسية المكونة من (300) طالب وطالبة، اذ بلغ عدد الذكور (177) وعدد الاناث (123 ) موزعين وفقا للمتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، والتخصص العلمي والانساني ). وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى النتائج التالية: أن طلبة جامعة تكريت يمتلكون مستوى جيدا من التفكير الناقد. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الجنسين في كافة المجالات والمقياس ككل. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في التفكير الناقد ومجالاته بين التخصصين العلمي والانساني,. ومن اجل استكمال الفائدة المتوخاة من البحث الحالي قدمت الباحثتان عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات ومنها: بث ثقافة النقد البناء في المجتمع عبر مؤسساته المختلفة للارتقاء بمستوى التفكير الناقد. إجراء دراسات تجريبية يتم من خلالها إعداد برامج تدريبية لرفع مستوى التفكير الناقد لدى بعض الطلبة ذوي التفكير الناقد الواطئ.
