التباين المكاني لوضع السكان المتقاعدين في محافظة نينوى لعام 2021

الملخص
تعد مرحلة التقاعد عن الوظيفة من المراحل العمرية الهامة التي يمر بها الانسان والتي تبدأ من مرحلة الطفولة ثم المراهقة والشباب والكبر والشيخوخة ، وان لكل مرحلة من هذه المراحل مشكلاتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية الخاصة بها وقد حظيت الدراسات لتلك المراحل بكثير من البحوث والدراسات الاجتماعية : ومنها الدراسات التي تناولت السكان المتقاعدين ، وذلك لانهم افنوا هذه السنين الطويلة التي تصل الى اكثر من 40 سنة في خدمة الوطن والناس ، وإلى وصوله إلى سن التقاعد والبالغ ٦3 سنة وبعد تخفيضه اصبح ٦٠ سنة ، ومع هذا فهناك العديد من المشكلات التي يعاني منها هذا المتقاعد منها اقتصادية ، صحية ، اجتماعية ، نفسية تؤثر على حياته الاسرية والاجتماعية ، فالراتب قد ينخفض و يصبح مع ارتفاع الاسعار والتضخم السنوي لا يكفي ، وقسم آخر لا يملك وحدة سكنية مما يخصص جزء من دخله للإيجار ، والقسم الاخر يعاني من الامراض ومنها المزمنة أو امراض الشيخوخة
