التحليل المكاني للحوادث المرورية في مدينة سامراء لعام 2020

الملخص
منذ زمن بعيد أصبحت الحوادث المرورية والإصابات الناتجة عنها تشكل هاجسا مقلقا لجميع فئات المجتمع كونها متصلة بأحد الأنشطة اليومية المهمة التي لم يعد بالإمكان الاستغناء عنها إلا وهي استخدام المركبات في حركة النقل والتنقل، فعلى الرغم مما أتاحته المركبات للأفراد من مميزات كبيرة كاختصار الوقت وطي المسافات وتواصل الجماعات البشرية المتباعدة فيما بينها وتنظيم حياة الناس، فضلا عن حمايتهم من تقلبات المناخ وأحوال الطقس المختلفة ، ألا إن استخدامها في الفترة الأخيرة بات محفوفاً بالعديد من المخاطر ، وهذا استدعى القيام بدراسة هذه الظاهرة وبيان اسبابها وتكرار حدوثها وتحديد أهم النقاط أو الاماكن التي تحدث فيها الحوادث المرورية ومحاولة ايجاد الحلول الملائمة للحد من وقوع هذه الظاهرة ضمن الحدود الادارية لمدينة سامراء , فمن خلال الدراسة والتحليل تبين ان هناك تباين في نسبة وقوع الحوادث المرورية ونوعيتها من حيث الاصطدام والدهس والانقلاب وحجم الخسائر البشرية والمادية الناتجة عنها وذلك بحسب طبيعة الزخم السكاني و المروري .
